Although Mama na Mtoto field activities occured in East Africa, we engaged Canadians in the importance of our role in global health and development initiatives. Partners showcased Mama na Mtoto and other projects through interesting talks and engaging workshops held in Canada.
We also mobilized an active group of Global Health Youth Champions that met together, organized and participated in events regarding the Sustainable Development Goals, global health, and other international development issues.
