Tuesday, March 10 marked the Mama na Mtoto Experience Symposium in Mwanza, Tanzania. The day celebrated the successes, challenges and partnerships of the 4 year long program dedicated to saving mothers and babies in the Misungwi and Kwimba Districts in Lake Zone, Tanzania. Those gathered included partners, academia, district and regional leaders, Civil Society Organizations and policymakers.
